A Prince's Information

Since I found it annoying that there was no list of wonders included in the Civilization II - manual, I compiled on myself. So here You are: The Wonders of the World.

A Prince's Map

Geographical Details:
Since I found it annoying that nowhere in the Internet I found a decent map of Austria and its surroundings, I created on myself. The map includes all of Austria, all of Switzerland, all of Liechtenstein (easy enough), and all of Slovenia. Moreover, it covers parts of France, Luxemburg, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Rumania, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Yugoslavia, and Italy. Actually, it includes everything within longitude 6 (Luxemburg, Geneve, Besancon) to 21.something (Beograd, Szeged, Kosice) and latitude 44.sth (Beograd, Ferrara, Torino) to 50.sth (Krakow, Praha, Frankfurt). That is, the center of the map is somewhere in the so-called Salzkammergut, to the east of Salzburg.

Technical Details:
I used 3 diamonds for one degree of longitude and 6 diamonds for one degree of latitude. This is a sufficient level of accuracy (in my view) and yields to results that are *not* distorted. In contrast to many other maps that can be found in the web, I represented the landscape pixelwise, not using the brushes.

Besides, I also created some new rules to play with. So click here to download Austrian Map and Rules (about 263KByte).
