    Development and implementation: Developed and implemented modifications and additions to tailor the standard ERP solution to the clients' needs. The clients' branches range from production over trade to financial services.

  Management Factory IT- und Unternehmensberatung GmbH September 2001 to September 2003
  Member of the IT-Consulting department. Participated in several software development and IT-consulting projects. Additionally, assisted during various acquisitions.
    OLAPagent: Participated in the development of two releases of the multidimensional planning tool OLAPagent, which allows for decentralized planning, top-down- and bottom-up-planning and simulations.
   Was responsible for product development for releases 2.x. The OLAPagent is developed with direct participation of key customers.
   Developed and implemented of OLAPagent-models for sales-, cost- and HR-planning.
   Developed the import interface between the OLAPagent-models and the planning- and budgeting-application Winterheller "Professional Planner".
   Gave OLAP-Trainings for users, administrators, and developers.
    Sales Controlling Application: Designed and developed a web-application supporting newly introduced sales controlling processes for an Austrian automotive company.
    Case database: Redesigned and enhanced a tailored CRM application for an Austrian court case financing company.
    Professional Planner Interface: Supported a German middle marker consulting company in the development of a two-way-interface to the planning- and budgeting-application Winterheller "Professional Planner".
    Software Evaluations:
   Evaluated program management tools for a development department of an Austrian public services company.
   Evaluated procurement platforms for an Austrian automotive company.
    BizTalk-Training: Gave a Training on Microsoft BizTalk (with an introduction into XML) for a developer team of an international insurance company.

    Insurance Platform: Participated in the planning, specification, development, test, installation, documentation and maintenance of three major releases of a web-platform for brokers and leading international insurance companies for the exchange of offer requests, claim reports, customer data and contract information.

  Worked on my diploma thesis on the analysis of relations among texts.
    Defined metrics to measure the amount of text relation between two texts and developed programs to analyze texts and to measure the relation between two texts.

  Participated in the development of a system for unified messaging.
    Wrote a program to administrate and test AT cellular commands, and used that tool for the analysis of service centers with respect to sending and receiving Short Messages in PDU mode.

  Participated in the development of a prototype for a Call Center integration for a leading international telecommunications company.
    Modeled business processes in a top-down approach using the EPC method.
